8 March – Between Freedom and Customs: “Telling Raffaella, Italian excellence”, with the patronage of Disco Lazio and the Lazio Region.

 

An evening of celebration, where the award ceremony for the 50-year career of Gianni Belfiore - who, in addition to having written unforgettable songs for Julio Iglesias, gave life to lyrics that exalted the female identity - will open a magnificent journey of musical tributes all at female, remembering the first Italian folk singer, the rebel Rosa Balistreri and the iconic Raffaella Carrà, both representatives of the female change in the social and customs of our country.

During the event, there will be various testimonies, visual contributions, exhibitions and memories of the entire incomparable entourage that revolved around an artist of caliber like our beloved Raffaella.

Following, the performance of the singer-songwriter and performer, Marilisa Ungaro, with some successes by Rosa Balistreri. To conclude the Live Show of "Passo Carràbile", who will present Raffaella's career in its most salient points, with music performed live and choreographies created by Claudio Galassi and Andrea Piscello with the Purple Hearts dance troupe. Guest of honor will be Maestro Gianni Belfiore, who will be awarded by the institutions.

During the evening, Adriana Pannitteri, journalist and author of the book "The perfect girl" and Marco Vittiglio, journalist, music and television critic will speak.

Massimiliano Lanti of the "Fanclub Official Raffaella Carrà", will tell anecdotes, facts and curiosities of the great artist by exhibiting "gems" from her private collection. A visual exhibition created specifically for the event and created thanks to the images of Marietta Saglio, official photographer by Raffaella Carrà, and the unpublished material coming from the private collections of the family members who collaborated with the artist, will embellish the story of "Italian excellence". Furthermore, the artist Cristiano Cascelli will present his work created exclusively, dedicated to Raffaella Carra.

The proceeds from the event will be donated to the Acmid-Donna onlus association, which defends women victims of violence.
